I have been seriously thinking about getting a vibrating foam roller, I workout regularly and I think this would be a great addition to my routine.  I have some knots deep in my shoulder that I just can’t seem to reach with my traditional foam roller. Do you know how deep these can penetrate?  I am looking at the Vyper 2.0 specifically, but am open to either one.  I really should get one and give it a shot.  I hear great things from people at my gym.  Thanks for this review, it was just what I have been searching for.

      Hi, Steve and thank you.

No, I can not say exactly how deep it goes. People are so different, and their body is different too that you can’t know it exactly.

But the micro-pulses emanating from the vibrating foam rollers penetrate deeper into your muscles, and it is hard too, so it goes deeper. Plus the design focus on going deep0 because of the bumper grid. So it will affect deeply in your muscles.

This seems to be exactly what I need for the small pains that come with a good work out.  I have been a user of rollers but these seem to be a bit more extreme.  I was wondering if they can be used for sorts of pain control as I often get annoying pains in my back and one leg.

      Hi, Dale and thank you.

      Good to hear.

Even so, the basic idea is the same; this is a little bit different method to use the FOAM rollers. We can say that the FOAM rollers have been upgraded to improve their portability, affordability, and effectiveness, so it is beneficial to own one.

About pain control, I would recommend that you talk with your doctor about it because we are all different and about pain is it best to get their opinion.
