  2. I have been seriously thinking about getting a vibrating foam roller, I workout regularly and I think this would be a great addition to my routine.  I have some knots deep in my shoulder that I just can’t seem to reach with my traditional foam roller. Do you know how deep these can penetrate?  I am looking at the Vyper 2.0 specifically, but am open to either one.  I really should get one and give it a shot.  I hear great things from people at my gym.  Thanks for this review, it was just what I have been searching for.

    • Hi, Steve and thank you.

No, I can not say exactly how deep it goes. People are so different, and their body is different too that you can’t know it exactly.

But the micro-pulses emanating from the vibrating foam rollers penetrate deeper into your muscles, and it is hard too, so it goes deeper. Plus the design focus on going deep0 because of the bumper grid. So it will affect deeply in your muscles.

If I can help you with anything else, or if you have any questions, don´t hesitate to contact me.

  3. This seems to be exactly what I need for the small pains that come with a good work out.  I have been a user of rollers but these seem to be a bit more extreme.  I was wondering if they can be used for sorts of pain control as I often get annoying pains in my back and one leg.

    • Hi, Dale and thank you.

      Good to hear.

Even so, the basic idea is the same; this is a little bit different method to use the FOAM rollers. We can say that the FOAM rollers have been upgraded to improve their portability, affordability, and effectiveness, so it is beneficial to own one.

About pain control, I would recommend that you talk with your doctor about it because we are all different and about pain is it best to get their opinion.

If I can help you with anything else, or if you have any questions, don´t hesitate to contact me.

  4. I guess this is what I need. Then after feeling all that pain in my system after doing the whole work out, I must use something like the vibrating rollers. I feel this will really help the post-workout soreness that I get and will serve me a long time. Going through your list, I think the 3speed should be a good pick. The noise it makes on the increase shouldn’t be a problem. Thanks!

  5. Getting to know about the very best vibrating foam rollers is a good thing. Actually they are very effective for body and inner body massaging and can be used to soothe pains a lot. I really appreciate this. As a basketball player, getting a foam roller becomes almost a need for me and that is why I’m here. Though you listed quite a lot of options but I’m okay with the Vibrating Foam Roller (3 speed).

  6. My wife and I have been making use of a simple roller that doesn’t vibrate, and its usefulness is so high, and I wouldn’t want to go a day of exercising without using it. However, with the knowledge of a vibrating foam roller, the first question that comes to the mind of anyone is how long the battery span can? Well 2 hours is enough time for it to do its required work, and the Hyperice Vyper 2.0 Vibrating Fitness Roller is a perfect idea

  7. Hello there, nice review on ” vibrating foam rollers.”

I love to do work-out to keep fit and in shape, but the pain I feel after it discourages me most times. But I think with the “vibrating foam roller,” work-out” will resume again. I will go for the ” Vibrating Foam Roller (3 speed)” because the design is modeled to mimic the human hands and knuckles so that the user can enjoy a natural massaging experience from its use.

    Thanks for sharing.

  8. Hello there, Thanks for sharing this awesome article I know it would be of great help to the public as it has been of help to me. Textured and smooth foam rollers have been around for a while to help athletes and average Joes alike work out muscle aches and pains through self-myofascial release. But there is a new subset of foam rollers that have been making waves—vibrating foam rollers.
Vibrating rollers are the best I really like using them as they have one of the most comfortable features in them. If you are an athlete and you are using the old textured, smooth foam roller, I indulge 5you in trying ou this once.,the vibrator is the best
