    Hi
    I have been searching for a way to try and get my waist back and this looks like a good way of doing it.
    I never thought a belt would be the answer, you give some good information which i would never have known especially with the right one to get and how to use it properly.
    Do you know how long it will take to notice any difference? also instead of the gym would walking be ok? as i walk every night as i am really not a fan of the gym.

      This method has been growing in popularity and is very interesting.

      About the time. There are so many factors which come in the results so it is impossible to say. But like all things, it takes time. I´m sure you have seen this 21 days later photos of this and that but it is not true and I will never publish things like that. This likes how active you are, how much effort you use, which method you use etc count all in the time.

      But about the walking, walking is great exercise so yes, you will get a benefit of the belt in walking.
