    Thanks for this great information. I am usually a walker being that I have some health issues. But… I need to talk to my dr. about running more. I have not yet. But I did not realize that running is more helpful to you heart by helping your arteries to stretch. Great information I have never heard before. Thanks!

    That brings me to the insoles. Boy do I need some. As a walker my feet often hurt. Not to mention the fact that I am pre-diabetic. So I should invest in some good insoles. As often true. It cost more not to invest in your health than it does to invest in your health. Thanks again

      People forgot many times that walking is one of the best training method. Sadly, it is right to say that it is incredible many times underestimated. So don´t stop walking at all!

      But on same time, good insoles help a lot in walking too. It can be very small changes which change everything! one or 2 millimeters higher under one of the leg can be enough. And like you said, it can help your health a lot, for example change things to let your back be better to name one thing.
