Thank you for this review and it has been helpful.

I did wonder how the material blend holds up though. Is the 35% polyester breathable and an acceptable texture to be using for someone that is really pedantic on things like that when working out?

Also, Can these be worn for long periods of time without getting uncomfortable?

      Thank you, Sam.

Yes, this is a breathable design which allows for air circulation. It is one of the greatest benefits of it

The cons of this socks are that it´s thin which normally have the problem to be worse after a long period. But, at the same time, it´s excellent quality all over so with common treatment it should not be a problem.

    Hi there,

I have been looking for high- graduated compression sock for my husband as he does a lot of jogging.
His feet tend to sweat quite often and it is really not just annoying, but it smells terrible. My son practice basketball and I thought he would also need socks. Just a question, please. Are these sock available in teenager size?

Thank you for this excellent post!

These socks look great. My main issue with socks and tights is that I find them itchy. How are these in terms of itchiness? Also whats the best program to wash them on? I love that it keeps feet bacteria free, my husband recently caught cellulitis from athletes foot, so since then we are both super careful with foot hygiene.

Do you know where I can get them in the UK?

Hi, Hollie Rose and thank you.

I have not heard a problem with itchy in these socks. So as far as I know, it should be fine.

You should wash the socks with a cold water problem. And remember to not machine dry it, just air dry. Some people have used the machine dry, but it that is not recommended.

I know that you can but this socks from Amazon.

If I can help you with anything else, or if you have any questions, don´t hesitate to contact me.

I must say that this review is very accurate. My wife was using Blutree a year ago and she was more than satisfied primarily because of no sweating. Currently, those socks are not available in our country but I am glad that I stumbled upon this article. I will order this set, it is not expensive at all but it is definitely worth it.

      Hi, Daniel and thank you.

      Thank you for kind words.

Yes, the price is excellent. I had the same problem that it was not in my country, but I use the Amazon, so that was not a problem.

Hi, to be honest I was shopping for running socks.   Since I tend to run in shorts much of the year, I read this review in an almost weird fascination to see who would want to wear knee high running socks.   So, I was relieved to see you suggested wearing them with pants.

However, as I read through the review I realized these would be perfect to wear with my hiking boots.    The compression would help my legs during a long hike.  The thinness of these socks are what I look for as they would allow me to wear them under another pair of socks.   I sometime where pantyhose under my socks when hiking to try to achieve the same affect.  The extra thin layer has also proven to help me reduce blisters on my feet.   I am assuming these are still thicker than hose.      I  may have to try out a pair.    Thanks for introducing me to them.

Hi, Sondra M and thank you.

      Thank you for kind words.

Yes, you are right. These socks are for both walking and hiking. Using compression socks are as crucial in hiking as running.

I was always under the impression that compression socks were used for people with varicose veins and for long flights and I didn’t know that they could also be used for improving sporting performance.

This makes these socks very useful, and I think I must look at getting myself a pair as I do long stints on my feet each day and like to hike. My calves are big so I just hope the elastic isn’t too tight.

    Hello Johann,

I walk a lot as part of my daily routine and the Bluetree 6-pair knee-high compressions socks is the perfect solution for my needs. I have been using cotton type socks for all of my life but after your description and your knowledge on sport socks this would fit right into my budget and needs.

The pros of the socks far outweigh the cons and I could easily get used to a smooth feeling in the shoe. Also you need to have a proper fitting shoe so this should not be an issue.

Thanks for the information of this brand of socks.

It never crossed my mind to where compression socks when I go on a plane trip. I find the pressure at altitude uncomfortable and kick off my shoes to combat it but still not enough. Good to see these socks mentioned in your review here can be ordered through Amazon. Thanks for the link.

      Hi, Myles and thank you.

Thank you for kind words and good to hear about your benefit of the article. Compression socks are very good to wear in the planes because they can help blood circulation. And to mention that it can be delicious to wear it if you sit for a long time in your work.
