As an avid runner, having music to listen to is really important. I’ve never considered bluetooth headphones, I’ve always used wired ones and they get tangled and messy and aren’t fun to deal with while running. I’m glad I stumbled on your post. I’m impressed with the Mpow ear buds, are those the ones you’d recommend? At 23 bucks it’s worth it to get free of wires for me. Thanks. Great informative post as well.

      Thank you Marty.

I know that is more comfortable to run using the Bluetooth. Like you said, the wires can be tangled and it has an effect on your run.
All this three product is good but yes, I recommend most the Mpow Bluetooth Headphones Wireless Earbuds. It is a little bit advanced in its technology and its application.

Hi; the idea of listening to music while jogging or exercising is not bad after all as the music could offer a sense of relaxation while going through some rigorous movements.

All three headphones have their merits, but I prefer the cordless one. However, my question is though:  The Bluetooth earbud regardless of its quality, will it not irritate sensitive ear?

      Hi, DorcasW and thank you.

Thank you for your kind words.

Using music with variable benefit in mind is well known the method in all sports. Sometimes it is to motivate, sometimes to relax or focus, etc.

But yes, earbud can irritate sensitive ear so you should start slowly is that you are not sure. And if you know you have a sensitive ear, I recommend that you prefer to have the headphone over the ears.
