  1. Thank you so much for the awesome post about some good running shoes. I am in the army, so it’s natural that I would need a good pair of shoes, especially for running. I love that my usual go to brand is your number one choice on here. Under armor has some of the best running shoes I’ve ever had and so I really trust your judgement on them being the top brand on your list.

  2. Hi there

I really enjoy CrossFit as a sport and have not really given any thought as to there being specific shoes for the sport.  There are lots of different ways to look and feel comfortable during the class I guess.  I have been wearing my normal running shoes.

I think your site is for mens shoes?

However, I really like the look of the Fila Memory workshift shoes.  They look great for running and CrossFit as they look comfortable and strong. I am sure they would give support and they look they would look smart for a long time and not get dirty or show wear and tear. They are all weather shoes which is really useful.

    Thanks

    • Hi, Sheen, and thank you.

Thank you for your kind words.

I am not sure why you believe the site is only for men’s shoes. You will see very quickly that the site is always for both genders. And too, it is for many things about running.

Plus, of course, softball, baseball, cycling, and golf, to name a few sports.
