    In my opinion and out of our experience some people start to fast because they want to lose fat fast, and have an excellent condition, but what they don’t realize is that they break already everything before they can build it up.

    If you take it slow and perform like 3-5 exercises a week, it is fine enough.

    Very great post and I’m positive you will help people to see how they have to perform it on a treadmill.

      Yes, you are right. Too many people started on full power and wanted to be fit and ready in no time. But the truth in that takes time. 3-0 is not slowly but a good workout for the week. Have in full focus in this 3-5 remaining of a week will give more energy than ten exercises on half effort.

    I find if I run for more than five minutes my knees take strain and I suffer the next day. Is there any way in which to strengthen the knees or is it better I stay away from running altogether?

    I love walking and I can walk fast for ages without any problems, but as soon as I try to run my knees hurt. It’s so frustrating! I know runners burn far more calories than walkers in the same amount of time.

      It can be a lot of reasons for your knees problems, so I recommend you talk with a doctor about it.

      But about walking. Walking is excellent exercises, and a treadmill is as great for walking and running. So that is a point to think about if you like.

    I have never run on treadmill, but I do like to run and jog. I feel like treadmills could help anybody to get a little healthier than before. From my research, it feels like it is true that running on a treadmill has less impact on your joints than running on the road?

    I think the most significant benefit for me like you mentioned is having the distance yourself the time and approximate calories burned.this is a lifesaver sometimes especially if you are trying really hard to track everything. 

    Whenever I work out, it is at home, but one these days I will get to have the benefits of running on a treadmill.

    What are your thoughts on elliptical and stair climbers and what not compared to a regular treadmill?

      Hi, Matt and thank you.

      Treadmills are not hard on your joints. It is smooth because the cushioned belt is not as hard as compared to hard pavement. Running on this machine will reduce the impact on the muscles, joints, and the whole body. The same benefit is about the elliptical and stair climbers.

      When my knees were bad because of injury, that elliptical was the best for my knees. Because on it was no hard steps taken on it. 

      The fact is that all these three machines you name, treadmill, elliptical and stair climbers have great benefit, with of course pros and cons, where you can have a great workout if you use correctly. Have in mind that it is too a question about if you have injuries which can be a factor about what is best for you. Like I mention elliptical is excellent for bad knees because the footsteps follow you, so no hard steps are taken which is great for the knees. Too you usually use your arms even more in it.

      It is too a question about your goal. For example, if your goal is focused to build a muscle in your leg and glutes, I recommend stair climb. If your knees are not good, I will not use it.

      But having said that, in my opinion, treadmills are the most versatile exercise equipment of this three. You can use it in so many ways. Walking, running, walking backward, exercises for your arms, etc. made treadmill be my favorite of this three machines.
