For whatever reason the venture 5 trail show is the most attractive running shoe, and I love the theme, or story based form the Japanese saying “A sound mind in a sound body,”, excellent job of getting this review of these shoes ready for us. Keep up the work, in bringing us your best sports socks products in the market right now.

Hi Jóhann, I am a runner and I struggle to find shoes that don’t squeak. I do run with my music on, But when the music stops They are pretty load.
It annoys fellow joggers, what would you recommend that is comfortable and doesn’t squeak?
With the Telsa Runner do you know how far the sizes are out? like is 10 an 11 or a 9? Could be interested a buy a pair every quarter for that price.

      Thank you, Paul.

About the Telsa Runner, the sizes are up to 12 so if you use 10 or 11 you are not in problem. The sizes run on each half sizes.
About the squeak, there are many shoes which are comfortable and with not having a squeak. One of the models are I would recommend to you are the NIKE men´s Revolution 3 running shoes. It is extremely comfortable shoes and what I like too are how breathable this shoes are. Plus the soft responsive middle sole cushioning. I can recommended it for you.

Thanks for making it easy to compare these options. My wife recently converted me to Nike’s, over from Adidas’. She’s also trying to convert me to running somewhere else besides the refrigerator, which is why I’m doing my research on the best running shoes. My big question is, do the Nike’s have an actual “wide” option to them? All the shoes I’ve ever tried, that didn’t specifically say they were “wide” shoes, have always been too small for my feet. Thanks for any information you can give on that!

      Thank you, Bill.

I know your problem because I need too to think about it every time I buy shoes. Yes, Nike has some great choices, both wide and extra wide. What does it mean? The point is that the wide shoes have more volume in the upper and on same time use the same midsole and outsole as regular width shoes. But the extra wide use different midsole and outsole because it´s wider than the others type of shoes.

I would recommend that you look at this shoes here. What I like special with this wide type of NIKE shoes is how breathable it is and a firm heel cups your heel for added stability.

Thank you for a really great article. I was looking for a very good article about running shoes and I land into you website.
ASICS Men’s GEL Venture 5 Trail Running Shoe looks very appealing to me and OI think I will give them a try.
They look like they will be a very good help for my hurting knee. I was injured on my knee a long time ago and I always have to be very careful what shoes I have to go running.
What do you think about that?
    Thank you again.

      Thank you, Babacar.

ASICS Men’s GEL-Venture 5 Trail Running Shoes is a high shoe and is an excellent choice for a lot of people.

But as you have an injured knee I would choose another if I were you. Because it can be slippery on wet surfaces and that could be a problem with your knee.

So if I were you, I would have a look of  Tesla Men’s Lightweight Sports Running Shoe E630Z / X700   Because of their Flex-groove sole, hydro grip outsole, and cushioned insole, which could help you about your knee.

    Hey there,

Thanks for letting us know of these shoes. I think I own one of Asics Gel-venture 5 predecessors, which I like a lot. It’s comfortable, cost and Goretex waterproof.

What are the features you consider essential for a running shoe? I mean, which part is most important to look at then man buy running shoes?

      Hi, Marios and thank you.

Thank you for your kind words.

In my opinion, the most important things about running shoes are shape, construction, and midsole.

The shape factor is about the sole that it gives stability.

The construction. I want to feel comfortable in my shoes and, not the part of the structure, but I want to have it breathable.

The midsole is a huge factor about which the idea behind the shoes is, in the sense of if it stability or cushion running shoes.

If I can help you with anything else, or if you have any questions, don´t hesitate to contact me.

Hi, my brother has been looking for some quality running shoes, because all the ones he owned before would only last for 1-2 years. Sure enough, they also cost him very little money – so he expected that. But this time he’s willing to spend over $100 for some quality shoes that would last at least 3 years. I like your top recommended ASICS shoes, especially since they come in more colors. But as I know my brother, he would probably prefer your third recommendation (the ones from Nike, because they have the kind of design he likes). In your opinion, which would be the best choice in terms of price/quality? We would be looking for a pair that lasts over 2 years and doesn’t cost well over $150. Maybe you could help.

      Hi, Ashley and thank you.

Thank you for your kind words.

I understand your brother very well. It is always good to have a choice.

And about the price/quality, if possible, it can in many cases be cheaper to buy more qualities even so it cost most more because in most cases it ends longer. I would say it is like that in most cases.

But I can mention three other, and I put a link in it to a review I made about it.

First, in this article have a look at the New Balance Men’s 510v4 Cushioning Trail Running Shoes and Merrell Men’s Trail Glove 4 Runner Shoes.

And finally the Merrell Men’s Trail Glove 4 Runner Shoes in this article.

All these three types are really but and the prices too.

If I can help you with anything else, or if you have any questions, don´t hesitate to contact me.

Hi! Looking at our busy agenda, it’s kinda difficult to open up time daily to run. But, knowing that health must rank higher than many other things in life, I have made the firm resolution since this year began to put on my running shoes and run out the door. And I’m happy that so far, I have sticked with this resolution.

It’s April now, and I’m glad I have come this far. But I now need a pair of running shoes. So, your post has definitely answered my question. And I have already made up my mind. I believe the best choice for me are the Tesla Men’s Lightweight Sports Running Z Series Shoe. I like they are Lightweight, flexible, affordable and stylish.

My shoe size is 42. Based on your experience, could you recommend the correct size number considering there is trouble getting the right size?

      Hi, Henry and thank you.

Thank you for your kind words.

I would take number 9 but if you have wide feet then 9.5.

It is always dull if needed but even, so it is safe to know that if required, it is easy to replace when you buy from Amazon.

If I can help you with anything else, or if you have any questions, don´t hesitate to contact me.
